1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 39winph ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 39winph website, mobile platform, games, payment services, and all related features and content.

By creating an account on 39winph, you expressly acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any future amendments;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• You are accessing 39winph voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.

These Terms should be read alongside the 39winph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the Platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the 39winph platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines, in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal use.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 39winph or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with 39winph or any other gaming operator.

39winph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any amounts already wagered.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of 39winph, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on 39winph. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same or different names – is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 39winph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC verification: 39winph may require you to submit identity verification documents (such as a government-issued ID) before processing withdrawals or as part of ongoing compliance checks. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension.
• Account currency: All 39winph accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion fees are charged on GCash or PayMaya transactions.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

39winph supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and QR Ph. The following terms apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your 39winph wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and any pending verification requirements. 39winph does not guarantee specific processing times.
• Withdrawal to original method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering control.
• No third-party payments: You may not deposit funds on behalf of another person, nor may you request withdrawals to a payment account that does not belong to you.
• Transaction limits: 39winph may impose minimum and maximum transaction limits, which may vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Fees: 39winph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 39winph's control.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

39winph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• 39winph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotional terms, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes – will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Free spins and other non-cash bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and maximum win caps as stated in the relevant promotion.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on 39winph – including slots, live casino tables, sports betting, online sabong, and bingo – are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets.

• All bets placed on 39winph are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 39winph will attempt to resolve the issue fairly based on available game logs. The Platform's decision in such matters is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table, and account status.

• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific live dealer studio providing the game. In cases of conflict, the live studio's rules take precedence for that game.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 39winph platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities – any such bugs must be reported to 39winph support immediately;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the operation of the platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

39winph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal harm. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible play:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via the account settings.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders to help manage their time on the platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 39winph platform without prior written consent from 39winph.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 39winph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond 39winph's reasonable control;
• Any decisions made by players based on information displayed on the platform.

39winph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

39winph collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• 39winph does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption protocols.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting 39winph support, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

12 Account Termination

39winph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• At the player's own request (voluntary account closure).

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13 Amendments to These Terms

39winph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 39winph will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the 39winph platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms – including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination – shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
